veristi ist eine finnische melodic deat metal band, sie wurde 2003 gegründet und besteht aus satu huhtala (gesang), petri suomilammi (gitarre), janne lakonen - (gitarre), kim söderlund (drums) und ossi peltoniemi (keyboards).

"veristi was founded in 2003. musically it was melodic death metal. soon after debut demo “hylätty maa” (2004) band was recessed because of drummer problems and other projects. veristi took a fresh start in the autumn 2012 by petri suomilammi and janne lakonen with new music and enthusiasm. musically direction was more experimental than before. only founding member in the band is petri suomilammi.
after reincarnation ep “alku” (2014) was published and band started intensively doing gigs. nowadays in music there are both classic and aggressive female vocals. veristi released their first music video “piru rivien välissä” in april 2015. song can be heard also in forthcoming “musta sielu” ep."
